Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us retail@outbackxp.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at retail@outbackxp.com.au
Change of mind
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return your order. Please email us retail@outbackxp.com.au You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same box/packaging it has been received. Please send us the tracking number for the returned item. Once received, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item. Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled or altered will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender. Shipping costs on returned orders and replacements are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately retail@outbackxp.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a return label and replacement where applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your expense, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds If an item is damaged or faulty we will aim to replace the item. However, if an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will arrange a refund. Please contact us if you have received an item that has been damaged in the post or is faulty upon receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns for locally made products under consignment, If the product is faulty please let us know, we will consult with the local artist directly to arrange a replacement.
