Shipping policy

We are an Australian charity based in Emerald, Central Queensland. All orders are dispatched at our store, shipped with Australia Post.

We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day providing they are placed before 1 pm. In peak periods orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

While some items we stock are heavy and bulky to ship, your shipping rate will automatically adjust at checkout, or we will contact you with a solution.
